Page Builder isn’t acting very responsive! Rows get broken up on phone … help plz

Hi everyone, cannot find the answer to this anywhere and I’ve been fighting with it for hours so I hope a kind and knowledgeable soul will help me get the answer to my question.

I’ve been experimenting with WordPress & Page Builder & also the Widgets Bundle plugin literally all day long. I wanted to start building responsive websites for myself and others. It’s been a battle!

The biggest obstacle so far is that I wanted to use the Features List in the Widget plugin with my WP theme “Make” to create a list of links, but this widget won’t accept HTML links. So I decided to build something that looks like the Features list: a row of 4 columns with an image in each, then beneath that a row of 4 columns with text beneath. Now I can put links there. BUT when I view the page on my Android phone, all the icons are together, one underneath the other, then under all that are the sections of links. Unacceptable. I don’t understand how a layout that calls itself responsive throws this off to look so awful. I understand it’s trying to make it so viewers don’t have to scroll and pinch the phone screen to see the text, but if the elements are going to be off kilter I hate that as much as a non-responsive site. Ug.

So .. is there any way to prevent the images from splitting off the text on small screens? Is there a better widget for this maybe?

thanks in advance
: )

    Hi Deborah

The Make theme by Theme Foundry (I think this is the theme you’re using), has its own bundled Page Builder. Is this not the page builder you’re using? I’m not sure how well our two page builders will work together, but if you’re using Make, then it might be best sticking with the bundled one. You can get some help on their forum.

Ohhh, that makes sense. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I installed your plugin before I realized Make had their own builder. Does yours override theirs? I can’t seem to find their builder in here.

For testing, I installed WordPress on another domain I have and tried using just the Make theme builder … their text columns do work responsively. Both builders each have different features I need. So is there any way to use them both? (Or is this a question for the forum you referred me to?)
