Hi there,
I’m using WordPress version 3.8.2 and Page Builder version 2.1
Since yesterday I can’t access Page Builder anymore.
If I want to edit a page, I can’t open the Page Builder Toolbar. Additionally, nothing shows in the visual editor and I also can’t change from the visual to the text editor. It tells me “Words 0” but when I click and draw the cursor over the empty space in the editor, html-code is highlighted, so there must be something there.
I’ve already emptied the cache, updated all the plugins and tried deactivating and activating all plugins one by one. Result: I can only see content of and edit a page when Page Builder is deactivated, so I figured this must be the culprit.
Can anyone help me, please?
Hi Marie-Lise
Please update everything to the latest version, including wordpress, and let me know if the issue still persist
Cheers
Hi!
I have updated everything to the latest version. The page builder tab doesn’t appear on the toolbar. I have also unistalled and installed the page builder again with no result.
Some pages that before used the page builder is now scrambled.
Please help.
Hi Andersson
If everything s updated to its latest version, do this one test for me. Disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
@Bruguet, did you issue get resolved? Kindly let me know
Thanks, it helped, problemed solved. It was the plugin for “under construction page” that scrambled everything.
Perfect :-)
@Andersson, am glad you figured what was causing the issue. Always feel free to open a new thread whenever you require support.
Cheers
