Page Builder Disappeared on Old Projects, and Is Non-Responsive on New

Just as the title says. I’ve tried to update my website, which uses WordPress 4.5.3 running Create theme from Themetrust, which in turn uses PageBuilder as its primary building tool. It’s worked splendidly until this month, after the WordPress update (I think, it’s been a few weeks since I updated my website).

When I look at my old projects, for some reason the PageBuilder tab is completely gone.

New projects have the PageBuilder tab, but it’s almost entirely unresponsive. Clicking “Add widget”, “Add Row”, “Prebuilt Layout”, etc. opens up the window to add any of those things, but clicking anything in that window does nothing.

So far I’ve tried:
– clearing my web browser crash
– disabling all plug-ins except for PageBuilder, clearing cache, activating plug-ins again
– praying to the WordPress gods

Any ideas? Anyone else having some trouble?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi aaronmillard,

Although Create says it’s using SiteOrigin Page Builder. They’re actually using a fork of our version. This means it’s based on our version, but there are small changes. Unfortunately this means we can’t really offer support for it.

The best thing to do would be to contact Themetrust directly to ask for help.
