Hello,
My site crashed with a 500 error. I edited the php folder so the site is back up, however all the pages that use Page builder are no completely blank in the editor… The content shows up on www.jessieeagen.com but it is all out of order like your plugin is not working. This happened once before and I rebuilt all the pages and it happened again.
WordPress 4.3.1 running Accesspress Parallax Pro theme.
I contacted support and they told me to update all plugins, which I did and it made no difference. I have also deactivated all the plugins other than Page Builder and it still made no difference. I don’t believe I am running any cache plugins, and have WP running up to date. I am really in a bind here, I love this plugin and would like to keep it but it has been such a huge headache. Help please
