Page Builder Configuration Lost After Publish

I am working with Woothemes Storefront and have configured all my pages using Page Builder. I have done all of my configuration on my local machine. When i attempted to publish to azurewebsites.net, all of the work i did in Page Builder was lost . It looks like I can re-configure my pages on the live server, however… I don’t want too. ;)
Am I missing something? Is there a file that the Publish mechanism missed or copied out of order? I am using WebMatrix locally to do some light css configuration and for publishing.
