On the site I am responsible for I am using WordPress 4, Page Builder 1.5.3 and Parabola. When PB is active I am not able to save page edits. Have tried disabling each on of my other Plugins, one at a time and then all my plugins with no effect. As PB controls some nice page formats (which disappear when PB is disabled) I had the bright idea of keeping PB active unless I was doing any page edits. However this causes problems as PB replaces page text with earlier versions of the text!.
Anyone got any bright ideas as to how to fix this?

Hi Philip
Any change when you test with a default theme like Twenty Fourteen?
When you say page edits aren’t saving is that in regular pages via the Visual/Text tabs with non-Page Builder content AND also when you edit layouts with Page Builder and try save that content?
Andrew – When Page Builder is active I can’t save any changes whichever way I try. The other issue I am most concerned about is when I have PB active old versions of pages are shown not the latest versions I created with PB disabled.
Have not tried to fiddle with themes yet.
Philip
Thanks for the feedback. Please try temporarily switching over to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-test the problem. Having tested with plugins de-activated this is the next test that needs to be done.
Edits aren’t being accepted on my end either and the CC company can’t attach the “pay now” link to it either. — Sentence removed due to abuse –. I have activated and reactivated the theme and nothing. It was working fine until Friday. I suggest you talk to your tech people and take responsibility for the situation because the problem is on your end.

I am having the same problems and have seen numerous threads here like this. HAVE ANY OF THEM BEEN SOLVED?
Sure would be nice to know what the fix is instead of looking at the same problem over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. I am sorry just very frustrated trying to fix a problem that numerous people here have had and none of the threads have an answer. Maybe there isn’t one…sure would this this to work.

I have solved the issue where the editor isn’t saving content by installing the free “Black Studio TinyMCE Widget”. It changes the way WordPress saves the editor content and might fix your issue.
