Page Builder by SiteOrigin stopped working

I’ve been very happy with Page Builder for WordPress website. I’ve kept current on WP, plugin and theme updates. For some reason Page Builder stopped working last night (Wednesday EST). My website is now a mess. I’ve tried to reload the plugin, but message says I already have it and says “upload failed.” It doesn’t appear anymore on my list of plug-ins. If I go to edit page – the option is there for Page Builder, but only takes me to the reload page and again – the message I already have it so “upload failed.” Has anyone encountered this and any possible solutions? Thanks!

To continue… I can go to “edit page” and it automatically goes to “text” as the editing tool. Page Builder is still a tab (option) on the page. But when I click on that tab to use, it asks me to install Page Builder. I go through the process and get a message that says “upload failed” because I already have the plug in. It does not appear anymore on my list of plug ins, so there is no way for me to activate, deactivate or remove. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
