Like many people on this forum I can’t seem to edit my home page within my website. I click on the visual editor box and getting a loading image and nothing else.
I’ve looked in dev tools and I can see this error:

I am using the Vantage Premium theme, WordPress version 4.2.2 and version 2.1.2 of the Page Builder plugin. I have deactivated all of my plugins and no luck.
Is there a solution to this problem, it seems common?

We do see issues like this come up from time to time. Unless it’s a bug in Page Builder (which we’ll typically fix within 1-2 days), each case is unique.
In your particular case, the server is returning a a 403 error for one of the requests Page Builder is trying to make. The best thing to do here would be to contact your web hosts and ask why the request is returning this error. A 403 error is a server’s way of saying it doesn’t want to handle the request so your web hosts would be in the best position to tell you why this is the case.
