not responsive premium theme

I’ve purchased the Vantage Premium Theme and refreshed to the newest version just now and the top 3 columns are fare beyond the page size and the entire page does not fit or responded correctly .
Next question is were would I find the order number?
And can I re-upload the theme if I do complete swipe of the WP dev spot that I’m currently developing/ playing on. see dev.igdesigns.ca
