No Page Builder tab on clean WP Install

Hi, I was struggling to get your page builder to work on my current install of WP 4.2.2, the page builder tab would just not show up when attempting to edit/create a page. I could see a row at the bottom on the edit page saying “Page Builder” albeit it was not clickable . The settings page for page builder is blank as well, I can see the section tabs but not click them.

In an attempt to debug this I made a fresh wp 4.2.2 install using Twentyfifteen and installed only your page builder – exact same result, any idea why this could happen? I’m confident it’s not a compatibility issue since there are no custom modifications or other plugins, it has to be related to either me (the client) or some server side issue but I can not figure this one out.
