Also Search box and other icons don’t show up in home page
Hi Pablo
Thanks for reaching out.
Please get in touch with your hosting company. Let them know that the below files are correctly located in your theme but are being blocked. Please ask them if they can allow access to those files:

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your reply. Please advise me, there are other files in that folder besides the ones that you mention:
– vantage-icons.svg
– vantage-icons.eot
All four of these files (the ones you named and the above written) have a permission value of 0644. Should I have them all changed to 0755? or just the two that you named?
I’d love to hear from you soon.
BTW, I changed the permissions to the files you named and still I see no change.
Yes, all the files in that folder need access.
We’ve only seen this a few times. My understanding is that in some cases it’s not a permissions issue. Hosting companies can setup an overall package to only allow certain file extensions to run. What we’ve seen in the past is that these are being blocked at that level.
well, I changed the permissios to all the files in that folder and still no success
Please try contacting your hosting company. Put another way, I’m suggesting, that based on what we’ve observed in the past, these files are being blocked and not necessarily by incorrect permissions. It’s something that will need to be addressed by your hosting company.
OK. I’ll see what I can get from them, but my experience with GoDaddy Support is less than satisfactory, to put it in mild terms.
Phew yeah, I know the story. Can be like throwing queries into a black hole. Unfortunately, this is our understanding of where the problem lies. Let me know if you don’t get a reply in a few days. Not sure what we can do but we can take another look.
Thank you, Andrew. I guess it’s ’till 2015 on this one.
Happy New Year!
Hopefully they’ll get to the request soon. Thanks, you too.
