Love the flexibility of the Widget system in Page Builder, but I have a UX suggestion for the background image function under Design:
Could we have some visual indication that a background image is currently active for the particular widget.
And when the image gets removed, the disappearance of the indicator would tell the user that removal was successful.
Using WP 4.3.1 and PB 2.2.1
Hi George
Thanks for the feedback. We’ve marked this thread as a feature request. This is where we look for new ideas of what to add to our plugins. This sounds like a great potential enhancement.
Just updated PB to 2.2.2 and I’m noticing that a tiny thumbnail of the background image shows when you one is added, then disappears when you remove it. Don’t know if this was added or maybe it wasn’t functioning on my install last time, but it works great!
I think I misunderstood your request the first time around, but rereading it now, I can confirm this is a feature that we’ve had in Page Builder for quite some time now. The update must have magically fixed the feature for you. Always fantastic when that happens :)
