New Page Builder Update Not Working

Hello,
Please forgive me if I am not seeing the problem but last night when the newest update for the Page Builder plug in was released I attempted to update my plugin. Through WordPress, I attempted to update the plugin and received this:

Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/siteorigin-panels.2.0.5.zip…

Unpacking the update…

Could not create directory.

My first thought was permissions so I proceeded to my site and the wp-content folder to insure it has all permissions and all sub-directories had all permissions. They did and I attempted another update. It again failed with the same error.

I felt I could try to remove and then later re-install the plugin. I did this and not all files/folders were removed so the update again failed.

Any suggestions?
