Neither Full Width nor Full Width Stretched display content correctly

I’ve set 3 columns on a page builder page, however it only takes up part of the page: http://prntscr.com/7cex6t When I try to use the full width row layout, nothing changes, and using full width stretched makes the content go past my sidebar: http://prntscr.com/7cezim
