    Hi Johan

    Go to Jetpack > Settings and de-activate Photon. See if that helps.

    When I de-activate Photon the logo shows up again but the slider still not working.

    Thanks. Is there a caching plugin being used? If so, disable the JS minification in that plugin.

    Or try testing without the caching plugin.

    If that doesn’t help, try doing a full plugin conflict test. Info below:

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    Thanks again for your reply.

    I did what you said and it’s the LayerSlider WP plugin who causes the problem. But when I deactivate the plugin my slider stops to work as well.

    Sorry for missing this.

    I’m using LayerSlider on a Vantage site without issue. Have you tried testing it in isolation? To do this test you would have:

    Vantage activated
    Page Builder activated
    Widgets Bundle activated
    LayerSlider activated

    De-activate all other plugins. Still a problem?

    I couldn’t find the Vantage plugin?

    But activated all the others you mention and deactivated the rest but yeah it’s still a problem.

    Apologies, you can ignore the Vantage line.

    It looks like you’re using LayerSlider. If that’s correct then you’ll need to activate LayerSlider with the other plugins I mentioned to run the conflict test.
