My pagebuilder doesn’t load

After activating the plugin, I pressed “Homepage” under “appearance” of my Influence theme, the loading animation showed but it was loading forever. What should I do. My wordpress version is 3.8 and the browser was Chrome.

    Hi Hilton,

    Sorry for the late reply here. Unfortunately, the latest version of Page Builder doesn’t support that version of WordPress. Our policy is to support the current version and 1 version back. It’s always possible that Page Builder will work with versions further back, but we can’t guarantee it. Everything should work if you update to the latest version of WordPress.

    I did just notice that we have a note on the Page Builder WordPress.org page saying that we do support 3.7 – sorry, I’ve been forgetting to update it.
