My header makes movement when i mouse over it .

i’m new in siteorigin and my name is Ahmed . I chose site-origin plugins because they looked professional . I was having a problem with my website header for about a month . I searched for a solution many times but i couldn’t find any solution . The only solution i got was to get rid of my header , so my website didn’t had any header for a long time .
you can see the problem here in my website “hodansan.com”
i really need help and i appreciate any effort for assistance .
