    At the moment there isn’t way that I know of doing a split payment. Sorry, wish we could offer more here. I’m sure you’re trying to avoid doing this but invoicing each customer monthly or annually is the only way I can think to handle this.

    (In the past I’ve used Harvest for invoicing, just for interest sake, they do offer a recurring invoicing option: http://help.getharvest.com/harvest/invoices-and-estimates/get-started/recurring-invoices/)
