Mobile Site totally different than Website

Hey guys,
Thanks a lot for your theme, its very easy to use.
However, I have currently the problem that the website I have created with your theme appears totally different, with different colors and structures on my smartphone.
Under ‘theme settings’, I even ticked off all options to adjust to mobile device such as e.g. Responsive Layout etc..but still it changes when I open it on my phone. I cleared all cookies and history of my smart phone and tried again. But still the same.
Is there a simple trick to adjust my mobile site or even not allow for it adjust to a smaller device and only open as full website?

    Hi Angelina

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you’re using Jetpack, go to Jetpack > Settings and disable the Mobile Theme module.

    If that doesn’t help, please, send a link to your site and we’ll take a look.

    Thanks a lot :) it works …

    In case I have time, and would want to adjust this problem, how do I solve this problem so mobile site uses exact same images as full website? Somehow, the background color of mobile site changes to white so all images that are transparent disappear…because they were made for black background. can I somehow adjust that somewhere?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
