When I go through Safari on my Iphone and call up my web page, WHY do the posts come up first on the mobile version instead of my startup page like on the computer or my Ipad?

One of the plugins you are using is causing your theme to change when it detects an iOS device. When detected it is switching to a theme called Bauhaus. Please delete all non SiteOrigin plugins and test again. If it shows correctly then re-enable the plugins one at a time, testing in between, until it stops working again. This will help us to narrow down the cause.
This or similar behaviour has been seen when using the mobile options in Jetpack. If you are using this you should deactivate the Jetpack mobile options.
