Missing Plugins, I cant find them

Hi I downloading a wordpress theme but theres missing for Vantage CircleIcon Widget and Vantage Headline Widget. I can’t find these on the install plugin section? can you help with this matter

    Hi Kadir,

    That’s odd. You can not locate it via Appearance > Widgets? If so, please download a new copy of the theme and do a fresh install.

    If the issue still persists, let me know I pick it up from there
