Meta Slider Error

Hello,

I keep having the same error when I try to make the first slider with Meta Slider (I’m using the Vantage theme):

Error. File doesn’t exist.
Check file permissions

I downloaded Filezilla and checked that the wp-content directory have the 755 attributes.
I also reinstalled the plugin and tried with new photos, but always the same error.

Could you help me?

    Hi Lucas

    One option here might be to check with your web hosts that everything is setup correctly for file uploads. They might be able to fix the file permissions for you if this is in fact the issue.

    Failing that, it’s possible that the developers of Meta Slider might have a more specific solution for you. You can try posting on their support forums.
