Menu disappears from home page when using custom menu

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Following the steps on your site to activate the custom menu (same as any other site I’ve built), the menu shows in the proper order and functions properly on all pages except one. On the Home page the menu disappears, leaving only a thin strip of the menu color where the menu should be.

I could just make a link on the page “Enter Site” but I am building this for customers to book a rental property. I don’t want to confuses anyone or deter customers.

Or I don’t use the custom menu and the default theme overrides the menu to display in alphabetical order. This method may sound ok, but I want items displayed from left to right that relates to someone looking to rent a vacation home.

I just want the menu to display in the order I prefer for my clients.

Other than that, I think this is one of the best themes out there.

Thank you!

Regards,

Bruce.

If this issue is resolved properly and my partner and I are happy we will pay to have multiple site support and upgraded features. We have a new site going up soon.

    Thanks again.

    Bruce.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bruce

Do you have a public URL I could take a look at? This would help me figure out what’s going on.

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for the quick response. I just switched the menu to use the custom menu now so you can have a look.
    Home page: http://newkohchangvillas.com
You will see there is no menu showing. So use the following url so you can see the rest of the site working with the menu as intended.

    Thanks again.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi Bruce. The only thing I can think is that this is some sort of plugin issue. There’s nothing in Vantage itself that would prevent the output of the menu from being displayed only on the home page like that. Can you follow this guide and let me know if it helps?

    Hi Greg,

I just wanted to say thank you for your support, even though we had the free version of Vantage. When we go to setup our next site, if not before, we will be looking to purchase to full version with multiple site support and upgrades. This is a result of not only a great theme build, but your very timely support and you and your dev staff’s ability to find a solution to our problem. We thank you and your team from the bottom of our heart.

FYI: The following Plugin was the root of the issue:
    Tevolution

Thank you again for your assistance!

    Regards,

    Bruce
