Mega Menu

Is it possible to use a mega menu on the Vantage theme? If so what would be your recommendations for one be?

    At the moment we’re supporting Uber Menu, but we’ll definitely look at adding support for more in the future. Is this the plugin you’re talking about?

    Hi Greg and thanks for the fast response. We have Mega Menu and if Uber is different than Mega then we’ll certainly purchase it. We’ve got several large sites to build all needing a mega on them and all will be premium Vantage theme.

    i also asked and was pointed to Max Mega Menu, couldn’t get it to work and here’s the plug in authors response. i’m not making a change like he says “should get it working.”

    i also had problems with UberMenu – WordPress Mega Menu Plugin acting squirrelly, disappearing icon images, menu text randomly displaying… and uninstalled. (Vantage theme, PageBuilding, 25 other popular WP plugins).

    i would instantly purchase Premium for everything, paid plug ins… if i new they would work within my sites. and i’m still searching for mega menus that function!

      If you’d like to run through the UberMenu issues you had please open a fresh thread and we can tackle those one by one.

      I’ll take a look at MMM now and see if I can’t make a quick child theme.

        Here is a child theme for Max Mega Menu:

        Child themes can be installed from Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload ZIP.

        Activating a child theme does unfortunately cause the Customizer to reset. If you’re using Vantage Premium you’ll need to redo the settings at Appearance > Customize > Theme Design.
