    Hi Steve

    Thanks for your question.

    Are you saying that a plugin adds a button to the regular WordPress TinyMCE but when you use the SiteOrigin Editor or Visual Editor widget, that button is missing? If so, there isn’t an easy way around this. The plugin developer would need to introduce Page Builder support. For the moment you could look into inserting using a shortcode, assuming the plugin offers one.

    Hi

    I have attached a couple of screen shots. to show you what is happening.

    the media player vanishes when I use Site origin.

    I can use the standard editor, it is just that site origin formats it neatly.

    Thanks. Email attachments aren’t supported at the moment. Please login to the forum and send the images using the Add Media button. You can also upload them to any public location and send the link.
