Margin gap wont go between footer and last row.

Hey guys,

My portfolio here www.webreflections.co.uk

For some reason, on responsive breakpoint on 680px the footer and last row produces a gap,

It’s fine on full screen but appears when on screen size 680px.

I have all code in place,

#main{

padding: 0px

}

But it wont disappear!

Any help would be great thanks.
