Many features no longer working

Hi, I previously opened a thread for this issue about not having certain features working and didn’t get a response. Now I’ve noticed many other features missing from my client’s Vantage Premium website:

I can no longer:
Add images
Add featured images
Edit HTML on posts or pages
Add tags
Add categories
Use page builder

Also, I can no longer locate the premium order number for this website. I have no idea how all this happened, but please help this is quite urgent.
