Looking for a Comprehensive Car Rental Theme

FUNCTIONALITY NEEDED FOR A CAR RENTAL WEBSITE
GENERAL FUNCTIONALITY OF A WEBSITE: Not a problem
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONALITY: Renting, Renting To Own (long term lease), Pick & Drop (like Call Taxi)
ADMIN SIDE REQUIREMENTS
• Database Management, for Admin to Add/Remove/Change Unlimited Records
– Users Login Credentials
– Price Types (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Standard, Flexi, …..)
– Vehicle Details (Vehicle Id, ……………………………..)
– Vehicle Attributes/Labels
– Search Attributes/Labels
– Sort Attributes/Labels
– Vehicle Status Labels (Available, Unavailable, Brand New, …..)
– Multiple Prices for each Vehicle
– Extras (Child Seat, Navigator, …..)
– Multiple Prices for each Extras
– Quotations (Filterable by Customer Name)
– Bookings (Filterable by Customer Name)
– Allow to format Quotation, Booking Confirmation, Proforma Invoice, etc.
– Count by Vehicle (Total, Unusable, Usable, Rented, Booked, Available). Provision for updating
vehicle count while vehicle is physically rented out, returned, given for repair, damaged, new
vehicle purchased, etc.

• Visitors can view the complete website without Signing-in. But Signing-in is required to transact
(Request a Quotation, Make a Booking, etc.) So, Customer should be able to Sign-up & Sign-in
• If and when customer Sign-in, show him options to View his old Quotations & old Bookings
• Small slider on Home Page (1/4th size of a screen). Carousel also needed at appropriate place/s
• Facility to SEARCH | FILTER | SORT Vehicles, based on defined Search & Sort Attributes
• Show All Vehicles with essential minimum details in a GRID before Filtering, and show ONLY the filtered ones after matching attributes and Availability, after SEARCH|FILTER. Show Vehicle Labels on each.
• Allow to SORT Vehicles before and after SEARCH|FILTER
• Show a Button to REQUEST QUOTATION
• Customer should be Signed-in, in order to continue to the next steps
– Show a Form for requesting Quotation
– Allow to Add multiple Vehicles to this form
– Allow to Add Extras & number of units
– On SUBMITting, a Quotation (with Quotation No) to be enerated and send to the Customer Email Id, if all parameters to generate it are available. In either case send an email to the Administrator. If email not sent to the customer, show him a message saying ‘he will be contacted’. The record to be stored in the Quotations Table
– Customer should be allowed to recall his Request, and change parameters and request again
– Customer should be able to make a BOOKING based on the Quotation
– A message to be sent to the customer saying ‘Received Booking and Confirmation will be
sent soon’ or something like that
– If the booking is accepted by the Renting Company, Booking Confirmation (with Booking No) & Proforma Invoice (with Proforma Inv No) are to be generated and sent to the Customer, along with Terms & Conditions document and a list of documents which are to be produced while collecting the vehicle/s
– The inventory counts should be updated whenever an activity takes place [Example: Booked, Rented, Given for Repair, etc.] So, on booking, the count for Booked to be increased and the count for Available to be decreased by the number of vehicles in the particular transaction

OTHER FINER REQUIREMENTS NEEDED. Most of them are available as FREE PLUGINS
– FORMS for Request Quotation & Making a Booking
– Date & Time Picker for the FORMS
– Check Boxes for selecting Extras in FORMS

Some Themes do a good portion of the above, but not completely. I understand most of these can be achieved from several PLUG-INS, after selecting one good THEME. But what I do not know is how to integrate all these plug-ins in the theme so that they all talk to each other. Each plug-in will be functioning on its own, without talking to other plug-ins or the theme itself since they are from different sources. So I am unable to achieve my objective without external help. At the same time, the budget for this website is very limited too.

The Themes I have landed on are: OpenDoor, Shandora, AutoTrader, CarDealer, Dealership & AutosPro.
But I do not know which one will be most ideal to choose.
I wish if a Theme for Automotive/Rentals/Property is available with the above requirements built-in.
Functions of Properties are also more or less similar to the Automotive. Both has Rentals, Buy, Sell, Rent To Own, etc. and similar number of Labels/Taxonomies. Search/Filter/Sort are also similar.

I am seeking your advice on how to move forward. Will I be able to achieve the above from any Theme + Plugins? If not, would you be able to create such a Theme and sell like other themes?
