I have Vantage Premium and choose to put the “Logo In Menu” in the Layout Theme Settings. It shows up so small! Is there a way to make it bigger and have it aligned at the bottom with the navigation words?
Regarding my premium number, I ordered it through PayPal and my receipt does not show an Order Number. Where can I find my Order Number?
Hi Gail
First of all I apologize for the delayed response.
Sometimes our order numbers get lost in spam filters or somewhere else along the line. If you enter your PayPal email address in this form, our system will resend your order number.
Page: Retrieve Your Theme Order Numbers
If that doesn’t work, please drop an email to [email protected] with your PayPal email address, we’ll be able to help you out.
I have looked at your site and noticed you are not using Logo in menu option. Did you decide no to? If not, please revert back to Logo in Menu and will jump to it from there.
Cheers
Thank you for getting back to me, Addo! I decided not to use the logo in the menu, but to put it in the masthead instead, but I'm glad to know how to get my order number and will try to do that later today.
Perfect :-)
Always feel free to open a new thread whenever you require support

Hi Addo,
Do you mind if I ask you a quick question here? I obtained my premium order number: 63118050TV360762U.
I used the template for this website: http://www.cobbleridgedistillery.com
I put a single image in for the "Home Page Slider". In the Meta Slider area, I sized the image at 1080 pixels x 579 pixels.
Everything looks "killer" (as my client says) on most computers and iPads.
But on his wife's "ASUS large touch screen laptop, the top of 59 and the bottom half of artisan distillery *are cut off*."
Do you know why some of the image is cut off on some screens? Is this a common problem? Should I make the image less deep?
I'd really appreciate your help. If I need to post on Site Origin's support forum, that is fine, but I'm meeting the client tomorrow and am hopeful for a quicker response.
Hi Gail
I hope you don’t mind if I jump in here. The issue is the pixel count on larger screens. Most large screens used on laptops and desktops have a pixel count of 1900px upwards. This is even higher on the newer 4k screens. In order to fit your image it needs to zoom in and crop the image.
To make it fit correctly on larger screens you will need an image at least 1900 wide, you can then set the slider height to match the height of the new image. This will then scale correctly down for smaller screens.
I hope this helps
Magus
