Logo overlay menu bar?

Hello,

I am using Vantage theme. First of all, congratulations on a great theme.

I was wondering if it’s possible to have the logo be bigger than the menu bar, so that it sticks out under it.
Here is an example of what I’m talking about: http://losviajesdenena.com/

That’s pretty much exactly what I want my round logo to do. I just am not too good with CSS so I don’t know where to start.

Also, I would need some separation between the menu and the start of the first post so that the logo doesn’t overlay the post image.
