Logo is Oversized (Vantage Theme)

I tried replacing the vantage logo with the logo of my own firm. I thought it would be the same size as the vantage logo when viewed on the webpage, but when I uploaded the logo it occupies the whole of my space above the header. What should be the best size for the logo so that it seems to be of the perfect size on the webpage.
