limit widgets on appearance / widgets

Hi,
I already know how to show some widgets just on page builder by using siteorigin_panels_widgets
and remove that widget from the $widgets array, but my question is opposite.
I have some widgets which I just want to show them on pagebuilder and not showing them as widgets under appearance/widgets.
I home my question is clear .
