Large Gap Between Two Rows

I have a huge gap between two rows on my page, however I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. I have removed the padding in the Design Options CSS box but nothing changes. I also trued going into the backend classic mode and removed [vc_row][/vc_row]. This second thing worked temporarily (When I went to preview) but as soon as I click update and exit the classic mode and go back into the backend editor and reload the page I am editing the huge gap is back, as well as the [vc_row][/vc_row] in the classic mode edit view.
