Hi!
I’ve just installed SiteOrigin theme (I’m a complete noob so apoligies if this question was already answered) and I have 2 issues I can’t fix with the contact form widget:
– When I use the form to send an email, I get the information from the name, subjet and text fields, but I don’t receive the email information.
– For each form sent I receive 3 times the same email.
I’m using a Gmail address, in case that can help troubleshoot those issues.

You are not alone! I’m having the same problem!
I tried everything except uninstalling the plugin. I’m afraid I will delete all changes and getting 3 emails instead of just the 1 is not that big of a deal that I want to risk that. Hope someone from Siteorigin can explain what causes this issue.
It is a bug as documented in Thread: SiteOrigin Contact Form
orestes, the bug that has been documented for your problem differs to this problem. Yours relates to dropdown boxes. This problem is that the email received does not include the text input into the ’email’ field. Ive tried to untick the ‘required’ button, I’ve tried to create the email box as a text field and nothing works. I’ll repoen a new thread as there doesn’t seem to be a response from the support team to this one and it makes the Contact Form redundant if you can’t respond to the sender!
