Is It Safe To Upgrade To Premium?

Good day,
I am using Vantage and want to upgrade to Premium. I have already done some modifications (pics, writing, color, fonts) using Custom CSS or plugins. I did not touch files. Can somebody kindly confirm I will not lose my modifications during the upgrade? A prompt answer is kindly appreciates, so I can move on to Premium.
