Insert a raw above the slider on Home Page!

I want to insert a raw above the Slider on my home page so that I would be able to write the Organization’s name.

But I can’t do this. I have tried to add raw using the add-widgets after I have clicked pages-edit homepage- but all the raw that I add insert themselves below the slider-not above, I can’t even see the slider on my Homepage’s visual editor!

So if possible could you help me with this issue!
