Influence Theme / Slider installed Influence Plus Video and images does not work for me.

installed Influence Plus to edit the video / image headers
However. Slider widget does not work for me. tried adding video ( directly from a uploaded and direct linked it http:///
same with the images and Nothing works. even removed the theme altogether and reinstalled it.
also tried removing everything on the ftp to make sure the theme folder is complete empty.

this is by far the best template ive seen. and its free. Thank you for that!, i would love to get the slider to work but i dont know how.

Any tips what could be wrong?
