Influence – loading problem with Ie 10

Hi,
I have installed the Influence on wp 4.3.1 and it works great on crome and safari but has a problem with IE 10.
If I put my web address in the address bar (irespro.com), it will go to the home page (Influence page) and it’s fine (Sometimes not), but once I am at the home page, if I refresh (F5) or go to another page from menu and then come back from menu to the home page (Influence), it won’t load the slider.
Also, when the slider works on IE 10, when the picture changes the content below the picture will shift up and down.
