Influence home page Slider – images not covering ie not full width help

Hi

I hope someone can help. I am new to WordPress. I stupidly updated all the plugins yesterday and several vanished. I’ve reinstalled them but now I cannot get the slider images to go full width though I see the slider arrows and dots do. I am using Influence home page slider with two images. The images are set as background and cover. When I select the same images as background and foreground the background then goes full width. It did not do this before the update
