Installer Image Not Showing Up
I have pictures in my media area that I want to post to the site but every time I get the widget to add a simple picture it shows up at a tiny box with a question mark in it. I also tried to insert a video but that only worked when I embedded it, then it showed up properly. I don’t know if there’s a correlation but, the embedding did work. I tried to also put the picture in am embedded video widget but no luck.

If you’re working in Page Builder the easiest way to insert media is via the Visual Editor widget. To get access to this widget first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. Once installed you’ll be able to add it via the + button in Page Builder, just search for Visual Editor. There is an Add Media button in the widget.

I am having the same issue and am using the Visual Editor widget. I insert a photo and when I save and update the page, it disappears. Now I can’t even get it to insert an image. I click “add media”, select the photo and insert, and nothing happens. This is driving me crazy.

In the mean time please try running all available updates and trying with all plugins de-activated except for Page Builder and Black Studio.
