I want to create a top page.

I thought that TOP page could be made freely, I installed it.
Ones that can be made from fixed pages are narrow and not usable.
I want to make a top page with full width.

I also want to place popular articles next to the header in the current size.

First of all, please tell me how to create the top page as soon as possible.
