I want to change color of new page in top menu

I am Japanese.
I buied Focus Premium.
But my skill and english is very low level.
I’d like to make a new article conspicuous.
So I want change color or character which flashed on and off of specific item in top menu.

How should it be done?

    Thanks for your feedback. Please, could you clarify which item is the NEW! item in the menu. We’re not seeing that string in the page.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    I settled the purpose by a different easy way.
    The menu section which would like to make the top conspicuous was made.
    So change in the color of menu is given up.
