I paid for the license but didn’t receive my order number!

I just bought a Vantage Premium license, but before register in the website and a didn’t receive my order number do proceed in the next screen. I made the payment with PayPal and everything is alright and you guys was paid.

Now I have a profile in the site and I wanna know how to proceed to receive my license number.
