I am trying to access my Vantage Premium account

Good morning,
This is Domingo Colon, owner of the elementsofflavour.com website, which had been developed using Vantage Premium. Unfortunately the website was taken offline. All of it’s content gone. I am now in the process of rebuilding it and I certainly want to use Vantage Premium to do so.
My Problem is that I do not have the account information. Meaning no username, password.
Could you please assist in this matter?
