HTML code not updating

I’m using Page Builder with SiteOrigin Editor in the first row. The text is listed in bullets and there is some other formatting that is not reflecting on the website page. What could be going wrong? I can’t figure it out. All plugins are up to date. Are there any known conflicts with a particular plugin? Thank you!
