I don’t have it on my pages or a way to uoload it where I can use it. I’m using a responsive wordpress theme from cyberchimps/. Can you help me be able to manage it?

Can you perhaps clarify here. Are you attempting to use our Portal theme or our Page Builder plugin? Please repeat your question.
There is a known conflict between Page Builder and the CyberChimps framework at the moment – I don’t know if that’s been resolved.
Hi Andrew, The problem is, when I use plugins or widgets, I can;t get black studio tinymce in a position to use it in none of my home widgets or my theme options to use the html. Then when I go to pages or post, I only see text or visual. When I watch a training it always involves html. here lately, I can’t pull up media to enter in my post or pages.
I would like for you to see it.

Black Studio TinyMCE once installed, as a plugin, provides a widget, that widget is called Visual Editor. You need to insert that widget into either widget areas at Appearance > Widgets or into any Page Builder area. So to confirm:
* Black Studio is it’s own widget, it’s not available to any other widgets.
* Once installed it’s called Visual Editor, you need to add that widget.
On any given post or page you can either use the Visual tab, the Text tab or the Page Builder tab. For the Page Builder tab to be available you need to have the Page Builder plugin installed. Additionally both Pages and Posts must be ticked under Settings > Page Builder.
You can add media to your posts or pages via the Add Media button when working in the Visual or Text tabs. When working in the Page Builder tab you can use the Image widget, the Gallery widget, or the Visual Editor widget which is the Black Studio TinyMCE – the name of it is confusing.
When you edit a page or post with Page Builder for the first time you must delete any content that was inserted into that page via the Visual or Text tabs. Once you’ve created content in Page Builder you must only edit via Page Builder.
Hopefully this all makes a bit more sense now.
All of the above said. As it currently stands there is conflict between Page Builder and Cyberchimps theme framework. To my knowledge this hasn’t been resolved. You can confirm this by viewing any Page Builder tab in WordPress and then viewing the Console in your browser’s web developer tool. Send us any errors you see there.
