The theme on the page linked is Moesia by AThemes. By default pagebuilder rows are transparent, using the set body colour. If you are seeing any difference in colour please click on the spanner icon for the row in question to edit the row.
Expand the Theme options on the right hand side, click on the button for Background Colour and click on the clear option.
