    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jitesh

    You currently have the Main slider for the page inside of a text widget. Please try using a Metaslider widget in a full row instead. The reason it works in Chrome is because it isn’t parsing your second row.

    Let us know how you get on

    Hey,

    I had also tried your suggestion “Metaslider widget in a full row instead. of visual editor” but still facing same problem.

    Now my meta slider has shifted towards right side of the page and i am having big white space on left hand side of my page.

    It also crop my meta slider images from top side.

    Please help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jitesh

    I can see you have added a second row with the slider widget. Please remove the top row with the Visual Editor box and the slider should be showing the correct was across all browsers.

    To remove the white space you have in the other areas of your site please edit the page in pageBuilder view and click on the spanner icon on the row containing the white padding. Expand the Layout option on the right hand side and change the Row Layout to ‘Full Width Stretched’.

    Let us know how you get on

    Hi Magus,

    Thanks for your very fast response.

    I was not expecting so much fast response.

    I have removed the Visual Editor box as suggested by you and change the setting of my page to to ‘Full Width Stretched’. but still facing same problem i.e. “my meta slider has shifted towards right side of the page and i am having big white space on left hand side of my page.”

    please suggest.

    Hi Jitesh Kachhara

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Thanks

    I have solved above problem by changing in ml-slider/assets/metaslider / public.css:

    .metaslider img {
    border: 0;
    margin: 0;
    list-style-type: none;
    list-style: none;
    padding: 0;
    line-height: normal;
    max-width: none;
    max-height: none;
    }

    i have changed it to:

    .metaslider img {
    border: 0;
    margin: 0;
    list-style-type: none;
    list-style: none;
    padding-top: 6px;
    line-height: normal;
    max-width: none;
    max-height: none;
    }

    Thanks for your support and guidance.

    I love Vantage theme.
