How to make menu items out of categories

Howdy SiteOrigin,

thumbs up for all the great work you’ve and are doing and thank you for all the cool free themes you guys provide us with!

I am using your Focus theme on a new local video streaming website that I am currently working on. Everything works fine and the theme editor is pretty straight forward. However I cant seem to figure out how do I get the categories that I create to be Menu items (refering to the main menu in the header)? I would also like to know if its possible to have the posts under a given category as drop down elements if it has that functionality.

Thank you in advice and keep up the good work, guys :)
Regards,
Ivaylo B

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ivaylo

Thanks for the wait and your support.

A very basic way to add sub-categories or posts would be to add a Link item to the menu via Appearance > Menus, then you can link to whatever you need.

You can also click Screen Options top right under Appearance > Menus, make sure the Categories checkbox is checked. You can then add Categories to the menu from the left column bar.
