How to add custom CSS to the site header for Typekit fonts?

10 years ago · Last reply by Support Assistants 10 years ago

Hello,

Adobe’s Typekit requires a couple of scripts that are to be placed in the header. I’m new to SiteOrigin’s themes, and I don’t see a place in the theme UI to put that code in.

Should I just put the code in the header.php?

Thanks,
George

    Hi George

    Thanks for your question.

Give the following plugin a try:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

    Hope that helps :)

    Thanks for the reply.

In the interim, I did try putting the two lines in the head section of the header.php file, and that worked.

That works too. Just keep in mind that if we update Vantage and you run the update, all theme files will be overwritten.

All the best with your site :)
